A. No! Each rear wheel is driven by its respective rider and a shift mechanism is located on each set of handlebars to allow each rider to select a gear that the rider finds comfortable. Each pedal is free-wheeling and a physically-challenged rider need not pedal at all!

A. Yes! The CosyCycle's^TM wheelbase is 80 cm (32 "). Most sidewalks are 122 cm (48 ") wide, and most cycle trails are at least 152 cm (60 ") wide.

A. Yes! The CosyCycle^TM is very easy to ride, even with one rider pedaling. The upright, side by side, comfortable and independently adjustable bucket seats are body-hugging, have solid back support and can safely accommodate a wide variety of physically-challenged riders.

A. Yes! Child's car seats can be fastened to the CosyCycle's^TM passenger seat to hold infants and toddlers. The optional child's seat, which mounts behind the bucket seats, holds two children, each in their own child-sized bucket seat. Side-by-side seating provides for normal conversation and ease of passenger and child monitoring.

A. Yes! Each rider has steer-able handlebars and either rider can be the driver - drivers can interchange at will. If there is a concern over dual steering, one set of handlebars can be disengaged to permit single steering.

A. Yes! We have a variety of carriers, which will allow the CosyCycle^TM to be attached to a motor home, holiday trailer, tent trailer, car or van.

A. Yes! CosyCycles^TM (single or multiple orders) can be shipped anywhere in the world in its own custom designed shipping container. The CosyCycleTM is shipped with each side fully assembled. The customer connects the sides by completing a simple connection assembly.
